I am Chloé (alias Shanti),
In love with Odissi for almost 20 years, I've been teaching this beautiful art form in France for more than 10 years now, to both adults and kids.
I promote an holistic approach to dance and offer coaching & classes for all levels.
I'm also a certified sports trainer since 2018 (professional trainer card) and a yoga teacher (graduated in 2017). I teach and continue to train under De Gasquet Institute about safe yoga practises.
I'm passionate about the human body, and I strongly believe in a dance practise than promotes self-respect and well-being.
I wish to inspire and encourage them to be the best version of themselves ! ♥

FAQ
No, not at all. This course is aimed at dancers who are both completely new to fitness / body-conditioning, or have practiced regularly but want a dancer specific practice and/ or a fresh start!
After you complete your registration, you will receive an email with your codes to the access the online plateform. There, you will find all the videos and ressources.
For live sessions, you will receive a zoom link. The replay will be available on your plateform within 24 hours.
The fitness plan lasts 3 weeks. However you can access the videos and recording for 6 more months after the end of the 3-week challenge!
