how does it work? what's included ?

Map out your practice

Plan your next 3-month training cycle based on your goals and personnal schedule. Choose and arrange plans with my guidance to create a consistent progression.

Pick your first training plan

Then choose which of the 6 plans you want to start with based on the duration (2-6 weeks) and the level of difficulty. Develop your general fitness or choose a specific physical quality (cardio or strength).

Add a mobility routine

To complete your conditioning training and balance your plan, add a mobility and stretching practice once or twice a week by choosing among the 6 available routines (15-30min long).

Assess and test yourself

Take a fitness test and/or do a brief journaling session to assess your progress. This is the time to appreciate your efforts and adjust your program to keep going further!

Get stronger

Move on now to your next plan: repeat the same to master it, pick a more challenging one, or get ready for a performance thanks to a special plan.

A frenchie in love with Odissi for about 20 years, I'm a passionnate dancer and I've been teaching this beautiful art form in France for more than 10 years now, to both adults and kids. I'm also a certified sports trainer since 2018 and yoga teacher.


I help indian classical dancers use body-conditioning to reach their full potential, without compromising with their traditionnal training.
