Too often, dance conditioning is mistaken for sheer difficulty: grueling exercises, intense effort, and even pain are taken as proof of effectiveness. Many movements are labeled “conditioning” without real understanding of the body or the principles of safe, purposeful training.
But effort without awareness rarely builds longevity. A movement that looks impressive doesn’t always serve the dancer’s body or the dance itself. True conditioning isn’t measured by how hard an exercise appears, but by the knowledge, intention, and clarity that guide it.
This is the vision behind Sādhana Booster: a holistic approach to body conditioning, grounded in respect for the body, designed to support and enhance Indian dance, and focused on building strength and mobility while preventing injury for long-term dance longevity.

With over 20 years as an Odissi dancer, I bring intimate knowledge of indian dance vocabulary and requirements.
As a certified coach and yoga teacher, I integrate safe fitness and yoga principles to strengthen, stretch, and energize the body.
The program also draws on the research of Dr. de Gasquet, whose work focuses on posture, core health, and the female body, allowing exercises to respect anatomy and physiology.
Sadhana Booster supports not just physical fitness, but a holistic sense of well-being, empowering the body from the inside out.

Welcome, I'm Chloé !
A frenchie in love with Odissi for about 20 years, I'm a passionnate dancer and I've been teaching this beautiful art form in France for more than 15 years now, to both adults and kids. I'm also a certified sports trainer since 2018 and and a certified yoga teacher since 2016.
I help indian classical dancers use body-conditioning to reach their full potential, without compromising with their traditionnal training.
I'm passionate about the human body, and I strongly believe in a dance practise than promotes self-respect and well-being !
